Read & Ride with Carta

CARTA offers a safe, easy, and affordable way for kids to get to school and after-school programs. A one-way fare costs $1.50, or children in grades K-12 can ride FREE on any CARTA route by signing up for the Chattanooga Public Libraryโ€™s Read and Ride Program.
