In an effort to promote transparency and ensure community access to information, Hamilton County Schools introduced Open HCS. The district is committed to open governance and to providing families and community members with timely, relevant information about our efforts to support every student’s success.

To apply to conduct research or make a request for data, please complete this online form.

Please note: The committee reviews applications monthly. During the review period, applicants may receive multiple emails as committee members complete their evaluations. An official approval letter will be sent once all required approvals are complete. Please email questions to Shelbi Goble.
