You can access ParentSquare in several ways:

• Single Sign-On (recommended): Log in through PowerSchool Applications or ClassLink.
• Direct login: Visit the ParentSquare login page, select “Forgot Password,” and enter your HCDE.org email address to create a password. Even if you typically use Single Sign-On, setting a password allows you to access ParentSquare from the mobile app or personal devices if you choose. (The mobile app is optional.)

You can explore the platform immediately, but many employees will notice limited messaging options at first. ParentSquare permissions are based on your role and student access in PowerSchool. As class rosters and school assignments are finalized for the new school year, your available contacts and messaging permissions will automatically update.

If you support athletics, clubs, or other extracurricular activities, your building administrator will work with your school to determine how those groups will be created and managed.

ParentSquare offers a variety of training options for self paced learners or guided walkthroughs. Below are some links to training options, please note that you will be prompted to login before accessing these resources.
